Mountain Sound

Mountain Sound Recording is guitarist/music producer Øystein Wika's record label and home studio. The studio functions as a personal writing and production studio and for providing remote recording sessions for external clients.

Location

You find us in Mosjøen, a small town just south of the arctic circle in the north of Norway. We chose the name Mountain Sound from the mountainous environment of the arctic north and the analogy between the process of creating music and ascending a mountain, both of which require determination and effort to reach the summit.
